Use of the runway is limited to the lot owners and their temporary guests. No aircraft may be parked on the runway or any taxiway/roadway or common area with the exception that transient aircraft may park to the west of Rwy 3. Aircraft shall taxi at less than 15 mph. Run-ups are to take place at Rwy 3 or the taxiway intersection at the end of Brownstone Drive. For consideration of our neighbors to the north, aircraft should not run-up at Rwy 21. No aircraft with gross weight above 5,250 pounds is permitted to use the runway. Jet aircraft, powered parachutes and gliders are prohibited. Aircraft using the runway shall be operated in accordance with existing FAA regulations. The runway is not lighted.
Taxiways double as roadways; exercise extreme caution when taxiing.
Hazards: tall trees on the approach to Rwy 21; wildlife including deer, geese, vultures, and hawks frequent the area. Dips on the approach end of Rwy 3 at approximately 200 feet and 280 feet from end of runway.
